In 2001 Brand BBA I BBA Architects came across the wellness sector and received the order to completely design the Thermen Holiday wellness centre in Schiedam. The modern spa and thermen company as accommodation is a complex combination where aspects such as sphere, routing and hospitality are in the centre. Add to this the essential of cost awareness, especially those of energy problematic, materials to be used and the complete constructural quality. It is not only the shell of the building that -besides quality- also needs to be recognisable, but also the quality of the interior space.
In addition to other orders, Brand BBA I BBA Architects among others also designed the wellness resort Veluwse Bron in Emst.
To crown our work in all the Veluwse Bron gained the public award “Ruimtelijke Kwaliteit 2010” from the province of Gelderland! A proof of the standard of quality of our bureau.
